We configure your portal web address, brand and reports and onboard your team with training. If you want us to connect with your CRM of choice or import data we can do this for you at this stage.

Step 2

Prepare recommendations

Within a few clicks you can prepare all the documents you need to recommend the product to your clients. Once the client has agreed the case can be submitted to our platform and we will instruct all transfers and payments electronically – it is very rare that we need client signatures – although we do prepare advice documents so you can get a wet signature if you prefer.

Step 3

Prepare client reviews

Our service will remind your team when a client is due for a review and present the template review reports for selection. We have also prepared functionality to enable you to give advice at scale i.e. reporting on ISA headroom with a bulk population of ISA top up recommendations. We can help you keep track of the MIFID II requirements by highlighting clients that have seen portfolio drops of 10% and by populating MIFID II annual review letters.
